摘要
以杭来湾煤矿3~#煤层为研究对象,采用煤自燃程序升温与色谱分析联用实验系统,对不同粒度的煤样进行氧化升温实验,测算了耗氧速率、气体产生率及放热强度等煤自燃特征参数,确定了划分煤自燃缓慢、加速及剧烈氧化阶段的临界温度值,优选了不同氧化阶段的指标气体及其临界范围,得到了C_(CO)/C_(CO_2)与Δ_(CO)/Δ_(O_2)为煤自燃进入加速氧化与剧烈氧化的临界判别指标,为杭来湾煤矿3~#煤层自燃的分级预警及科学防控提供了理论依据。
        3~# coal seam in Hanglaiwan coal mine was studied. The temperature programmed and chromatography experiments were carried out to test the characteristic parameters of oxygen consumption rate, gas generation rate and heat release intensity of coal spontaneous combustion. The results showed that the critical temperatures of coal spontaneous combustion were determined,which divided the coal oxidation process into three stages,slow oxidation, accelerated oxidation and severe oxidation stages.The index gas and its critical value of different oxidation stages were analyzed. The values of C_(CO)/C_(CO_2) and Δ_(CO)/Δ_(O_2) were identified for prediction of the accelerated oxidation and severe oxidation stages of coal spontaneous combustion,which provided theoretical basis for classified early-warning and scientific prevention of 3~# coal seam spontaneous combustion in Hanglaiwan coal mine.
