摘要
国际形势风云变幻,技术推陈出新,但常规弹药仍是现代战争中不可缺少的武器装备之一,无控弹药的增程设计提高了弹药的利用率、杀伤力,同时扩大了弹药的打击范围。点火药盒是常规弹药二级点火的主要部件,对于能量承上启下的火工元件,作用可靠性至关重要。以案例为切入点,从产品结构设计、火工药剂以及试验系统等方面进行分析排查并进行了试验验证,确定了产品失效原因,提出了建议,对同类火工品在研制、批量生产阶段的设计试验方法起到了借鉴作用。
        The international situation has been undergoing drastic changes,and New technologies was undergoing constant innovation,but conventional ammunition was still one of the indispensable weapons in modern warfare.The extended range design of uncontrolled ammunition improved the utilization rate,lethality of ammunition,and expanded the scope of ammunition attack.Ignition cartridge was the main part of secondary ignition of conventional ammunition,its function reliability was very important for the initiating explosive component of energy connection.Took the case as the breakthrough point,it was analyzed and checked that the product structure design,initiating explosive agent and test system,confirmed the cause of product failure,and put forward some suggestions,which can serve as a reference for the scientific design and test method of similar initiating explosive products in the stage of development and batch production.
