<正>在临床上,左侧壳核脑卒中后的急性和亚急性期患者的语言障碍主要表现为听理解障碍、阅读理解障碍、图命名困难,但是朗读保留。表现为视觉通路的字形-语义通路损害,而字形-语音通路保留。这种语言障碍是因左侧壳核损伤后造成的?还是其邻近组织结构水肿,如外囊、最外囊、钩状束或下额枕束受压或受损造成?这个问题长期困扰着我们。左下额枕束是视觉腹侧流的主要加工通路,它从枕叶出发,
