摘要

针对BIM技术的应用,做了简单的论述。首先分析了BIM技术的应用优势,并结合工程案例,论述了BIM技术在建筑工程施工环节的应用。然后根据工程施工实践经验,总结了BIM技术的应用策略。从工程实践来说,BIM技术的应用,在资源节约和能源利用方面,发挥着积极的作用,提升了工程施工效益,具有推广应用价值。
        A brief discussion on the application of BIM technology. Firstly,the application advantages of BIM technology are analyzed,and the application of BIM technology in construction engineering construction is discussed in combination with engineering cases. Then according to the engineering construction practice experience,summarize the application strategy of BIM technology.From the perspective of engineering practice,the application of BIM technology plays an active role in resource conservation and energy utilization,which enhances the ef?ciency of engineering construction and has the value of promotion and application.
