摘要

慢性乳腺炎是一种病因未明,在临床上易被误诊为恶性肿瘤的乳腺良性感染性疾病。及时正确的诊断和治疗对疾病的预后至关重要,外科手术作为目前主要的治疗方式之一,在合适的时机对病人进行干预可对治疗效果产生积极的影响。我们对慢性乳腺炎的研究进展进行综述,重点讨论外科治疗,旨在为该病的治疗提供帮助。
        Chronic mastitis is a benign inflammatory condition of the breast with unknown etiology,which can be easily misdiagnosed as carcinoma.Timely diagnosis and treatment are critical to improve the prognosis.As one of the main treatment,surgical intervention at the right time can have a positive therapeutic effect.Therefore,this article will emphasize on surgical treatment as well as the appropriate timing to provide help for dealing with this disease.
