煤矿井下管路的增压供水方法

摘要
随着煤矿井下巷道的开拓延伸,供水管路敷设长度逐渐增加,而煤层地质构造不同,巷道开拓普遍存在倾角,受供水管路长度及敷设倾角的影响,采掘工作面正常用水时存在供水压力不足的现象,甚至影响正常生产。以新疆某矿综放工作面为例,对工作面供水压力不足问题进行分析,并提出了解决方案,取得了良好的效果。
        With the development and extension of roadway in coal mine, the laying length of water supply pipeline has been increased gradually. However, due to the different geological structure of coal seam, the inclination of roadway development generally exists, which has been affected by the length of water supply pipeline and the inclination of laying, so that the water supply pressure has been insufficient in the normal water use of mining face, and even has been affected the normal production. Taking a fully mechanized working face of a mine in Xinjiang as an example, the problem of insufficient water supply pressure in the working face has been analyzed, and the solution has been put forward, which has achieved good results.
