中药白薇化学成分研究

摘要
目的分析白薇的化学成分。方法对95%乙醇提取物分别采用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,对乙酸乙酯部分依次采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱层析进行分离,半制备型高效液相色谱进行纯化,并根据理化性质和核磁共振波谱数据对分离得到的单体化合物进行鉴定。结果共分离得到8个化合物,分别为Glaucoside A (1),Glaucoside H (2),Cynatratoside A (3),Cynatratoside C (4),Cynatratoside E (5),Mooreanosid H (6),Sublanceoside L2 (7),Sublanceoside H2 (8)。结论该研究中分离得到化合物均为首次从白薇中分离得到,具有相似结构,同类结构的富集对于药用植物的质量评价及药理活性研究具有指导意义。
        Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of Cynanchum atratum.Methods 95% ethanol extract was extracted by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol respectively.The 95% ethanol extract extracted by ethyl acetate was isolated by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography, and purified by semi-preparative HPLC.The isolated monomeric compounds were identified according to their physicochemical properties and NMR spectra.Results Eight compounds were isolated,including Glaucoside A(1),Glaucoside H(2),Cynatratoside A(3),Cynatratoside C(4),Cynatratoside E(5),Mooreanosid H(6),Sublanceoside L2(7),Sublanceoside H2(8).Conclusion The compounds isolated in this study are the first to be isolated from Cynanchum atratum and have similar structures.The enrichment of compounds with similar structures has guiding significance for the quality evaluation and pharmacological activity study of medicinal plants.
