摘要
悬臂式掘进机在煤矿生产中被广泛应用在全岩巷道和半煤岩巷道的掘进工作中,它具有自动化程度高、工作高效、巷道成形好等优点。悬臂式掘进机能够识别不同地质条件,从而采用不同的掘进工艺,此设备和技术已经趋于成熟。本文主要通过公式计算的方式对截齿的截割力与截割功率分析,对掘进机耗能和截齿保护进行研究,以实现掘进工作成本的控制和设备的保护。
Cantilever road-header is widely used in all rock tunneling and semi-coal rock tunneling in coal mine production. It has the advantages of high degree of automation, high efficiency and good tunnel formation. Cantilever road-header can identify different geological conditions and thus adopt different tunneling techniques. This equipment and technology have become mature. In this paper, the cutting force and cutting power of cutting pick are analyzed by formula calculation, and the energy consumption and cutting pick protection of road-header are studied in order to realize the control of tunneling cost and equipment protection.
