刘志龙临证特色管窥

摘要
刘志龙的临证特色可归纳为:重视经方,善抓"证眼";擅用经方,不避时方;阐明药势,直达病所;擅长守法,灵活变方。刘志龙认为抓住"证眼"乃经方临床活用的最基本要素,可居经方活用的领导地位,可使经方深入浅出地运用于临床,使用者亦可达见微知著之境,抓住"证眼",即掌握经方方证的证候特征,只要证候特征与经方方证相符,处方便可信手拈来,可不受后世创立的诸种辨证方法的限制。这是用好经方的一条捷径。
