应用气缸油调和系统解决MAN-ME主机FIVA阀故障问题的设计与分析

摘要
ME机FIVA阀因其特殊的功能和设计精度,对动力油油品的质量要求较高,传统的FIVA阀动力油分离净化方式难以提供持续和可靠的清洁油品,常常导致其发生故障报警并因其主机停机。采用气缸油调和系统,对作为FIVA动力油的主机系统润滑油有效循环消耗,提高其清洁度,既可以实现传统主机气缸油的替代,又解决了动力油脏污造成的FIVA频繁故障问题,同时还减少了气缸低温腐蚀、燃烧室部件积碳和主机运动副的磨损。某航运公司实船应用统计数据显示,应用一段时间气缸油调和系统后,FIVA的故障率已下降80%以上。
        FIVA valves of ME require high quality power oil due to their special function and design accuracy. The traditional separating methods of the power oil could not produce continuous and clean oil and often lead to the malfunction alarms and even shutdown of ME. The application of the Blending Oil System could not only help replace the traditional cylinder oil but solve the frequent failures caused by dirty system oil through the continuous circulation and efficient cleaning of the cylinder oil, and the system will also help reduce the low temperature corrosion to the cylinders, the carbon depositions on the combustion space parts, and the wear to the running parts. According to the data in the SMIS, the malfunction ratio has been fallen down to 80% by the adoption of the Blending Oil System.
