摘要

改革开放以来我国市场经济发展迅速,从经济效应方面研究环境保护问题,有利于经济手段在环境保护实践工作中的开展。论文从环境保护经济手段的必要性出发,分析了其作用机制、基本原则、组合效应等问题,旨在帮助研究我国的环境保护工作。
        Since the reform and opening up, China's market economy has been developed rapidly. Studying environmental protection from the aspect of economic effects is conducive to the development of economic means in environmental protection practice. Starting from the necessity of economic means of environmental protection, this paper analyzes its mechanism of action, basic principles and combined effects, so as to provide some help for studying the environmental protection in China.
