紫萼玉簪HvGASA、HvFAD基因的克隆及表达分析

摘要
利用RACE技术、Genome Walking技术及PCR技术,从紫萼玉簪中克隆得到长度分别为336、1 320 bp的GASA基因HvGASA和脂肪酸去饱和酶基因HvFAD的cDNA全长序列,分别编码111、399个氨基酸,其中HvFAD基因所编码的蛋白为跨膜蛋白。qRT-PCR分析结果表明,2条基因随自然地温的降低均上调表达,而且在地温降至3℃时发生剧烈的表达量变化,说明HvGASA、HvFAD基因与紫萼玉簪的抗寒性具有密切关系。
