云南某硫精矿提硫除砷试验研究及应用

摘要
对云南某硫精矿进行了提硫除砷试验研究。采用磁选工艺,分别研究了高梯度磁选给矿量、磁场强度、冲次等因素对提硫除砷效果的影响。结果表明,在粗选磁场强度1.1 T、精选磁场强度0.9 T条件下,获得的硫精矿硫品位27.65%、含砷0.38%,硫回收率81.62%、除砷率90%以上,基本达到硫精矿制酸要求。
        Experimental study was conducted to improve sulfur grade of a sulfur concentrate from a plant in Yunnan Province by removing arsenic. High gradient magnetic separation was introduced, and influences of operation parameters, such as feed rate, magnetic intensity and pulsating stroke frequency, on processing effect were investigated. The results showed that, with the magnetic field strength for roughing at 1.1 T, and for cleaning at 0.9 T, sulfur grade and recovery for the sulfur concentrate attained 27.65% and 81.62%, respectively, while the arsenic content therein were reduced to 0.38%, and over 90% of arsenic were removed. The obtained sulfur concentrate basically met the requirement for acid manufacturing.
