摘要
近年来大量研究显示许多长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)在恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程中占有举足轻重的地位,其中尿路上皮癌胚抗原1(UCA1)最先被鉴定为膀胱癌致癌lncRNA,随后陆续在多种恶性肿瘤中发现异常高表达,并参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭等各种过程。本文就UCA1在泌尿系统肿瘤、消化系统肿瘤、肺癌、胶质瘤等其它人类恶性肿瘤中的作用和机制进行综述。
        Long noncoding RNAs( lncRNAs) plays a pivotal role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors. Urothelial cancer associated 1( UCA1) has been identified as bladder cancer carcinogenic lncRNA and it shows abnormal high expression in many cancers; it can be involved in various processes such as proliferation,migration and invasion of tumor cells. This paper reviewed the functions and mechanisms of UCA1 in urological tumors,digestive system tumors,lung tumor,glioma and other human malignancies.
