人口统计学视角下商业银行一线员工职业倦怠的差异研究——以淮南市为例

摘要
国内学者普遍认为,中国处于职业倦怠现象高发期,这在金融行业尤为突出。在此背景下,选择淮南市商业银行一线员工作为研究对象,针对所存在的职业倦怠问题,采用实证法,研究包括性别、婚姻状况、年龄等7项人口统计学变量对职业倦怠的影响。结果表明,淮南市商业银行一线员工职业倦怠情况处于中等偏下水平,但在性别、工作年限、职位层次和单位性质变量下存在显著差异。
        Domestic scholars generally believe that China is in a period of high incidence of burnout,which is particularly prominent in the financial industry.The first-line employees of Huainan City Commercial Bank were selected as the research object.According to their occupational burnout problem,the empirical method was used to study the impact of seven demographic variables including gender,marital status and age on burnout.The results show that the job burnout of frontline employees of Huainan City Commercial Bank is at the lower-middle level,but there are significant differences under the gender,working years,job level and unit nature variables.
