摘要
目前用于测试大制冷量螺杆式压缩机的测试装置压降均较大,很难实现吸排气小压差工况的性能测试,且测试台位建造成本较高。本文提出倒三角法以满足吸排气小压差工况的性能测试,并进行测试方法对比试验。结果表明,相比于完全冷凝法,倒三角法在循环回路上的流动压降减小约150 kPa,能够满足吸排气小压差测试要求;对于额定制冷工况的测试,2种方法的测试结果基本吻合,制冷量偏差在0.03%左右。
At present,the pressure drops of test device used for screw compressor with large cooling capacity are all relatively large,which makes it difficult to conduct the performance test under the low differential pressure of suction and exhaust,and the construction cost of test bench is relatively high.The inverted triangulation method is proposed for the performance test under the low differential pressure of suction and exhaust,and the comparative tests for these test methods are conducted.The results show that the flow pressure drop of cycle circuit using the inverted triangulation method is decreased by 150 kPa compared with that of complete condensation method,which satisfies the test requirements of the low differential pressure of suction and exhaust.Under the rated refrigeration condition,the test results of these two methods are basically consistent with each other,and the deviation of cooling capacity is about 0.03%.
