摘要
数控机床的绿色性评价是涉及到多指标和多方案选择的多目标决策问题。为解决这一问题,考虑到决策者选择时的主观性和模糊性,应用熵权可拓学理论提出一种将可拓层次分析法与熵权理想点法集成的求解模型。该方法运用可拓层次分析法从加工时间T、生产成本C、加工质量Q、资源消耗R以及环境影响E五个方面建立数控机床评价体系,以MATLAB为计算工具,先用可拓层次分析法和熵权法分别对评价指标进行了主、客观权重组合赋权,再根据理想点法结合各指标主客观权重建立了加权规范化决策矩阵并得到各方案贴近度,依据贴近度的大小对方案的优劣进行排序,选择贴近度大的作为最佳方案。最后通过工厂加工实例分析证明该方法的合理性与可行性。
        The green evaluation of CNC machine tools is a Multi-objective Decision-making Problem,which involves multiple indexes and a variety of options. To solve this problem, Considering the subjectivity and ambiguity of decision-maker, we put forward a solution model integrating extension hierarchical analysis and entropy weight ideal point method is proposed with the application of entropy weight extension theory. The method uses extension hierarchical analysis, and select processing time(T)、quality(Q)、cost of production(C)、resource consumption(R) and environmental influence(E) as its indexes. Firstly, the evaluation indicators are combined with the weight of the subjective and objective weights by using the extensional analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method. All the calculations above are performed by the MATLAB. Then weighted normalized decision matrix is established and the close degrees of programs are obtained by using the ideal point method based on the subjective and objective weights. according to the size of the close degree to sort the programs and the program which has the greatest close degree is selected as the best one.Finally the rationality and feasibility of the method are proved by the analysis of factory processing examples.
