摘要
为提高轨道车辆机加工产品的工艺准备效率,缩短工艺周期,文章提出了基于NX软件的数字化加工工艺,并从工装设计、自动数控编程和虚拟加工仿真三个方面探讨了该工艺在轨道车辆车体加工中的应用。
In order to improve the process preparation efficiency of machined products for rail vehicle, and shorten the process cycle, this paper puts forward the digital processing technology based on NX software. It also discusses the technology application for rail vehicle car body from three aspects as tooling design, automatic numerical control programming and virtual machining simulation.
