枇杷清肺饮联合刺络放血拔罐治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮72例

摘要
目的:观察用枇杷清肺饮联合刺络放血拔罐治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的142例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组:对照组70例,口服枇杷清肺饮治疗;治疗组72例,在对照组基础上联合刺络放血拔罐疗法治疗。治疗1周后,观察2组在症状改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为94.44%,对照组为77.14%,治疗组与对照组疗效差异性显著,具有可比性。结论:枇杷清肺饮配合刺络放血拔罐疗法治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮疗效明显优于单纯服用枇杷清肺饮。
Objective: To observe the effect of Loquat Qingfei decoction combined with bloodletting and cupping in the treatment of lung and stomach heat type acne. Methods: 142 patients with acne were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 70 cases in the control group and 72 cases in the treatment group. The control group was treated with loquat Qingfei decoction. The treatment group was treated with Loquat Qingfei decoction combined with bloodletting and cupping. After 1 week of treatment, the two groups were observed in symptomatic improvement. Results:The effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and 77.14% in the control group. The difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant and comparable. Conclusion: Loquat Qingfei decoction combined with thorn bloodletting and cupping therapy is more effective than the simple treatment of loquat Qingfei decoction.
