摘要
由于割草机工作时存在振动大、噪声大的问题,以手推式变割幅割草机进行研究,采用表面振动测速法对割草机各部件的噪声源进行识别。在2 000 r/min、100%负荷工况下,对变割幅割草机进行表面振动测试,获得了割草机工作时各部件的振动速度和振动速度1/3倍频程频谱分析;确定割草机工作时各部件的主要振动范围,并估计计算出割草机工作时各部件的声功率级,获得了割草机各主要噪声源的大小排列,确定出了主要噪声源,为降低割草机噪声提供了理论依据。
        For the problems of big vibration and big noise in the work of the mower,the manual variable width mower was investigated,and the surface vibration velocity measurement method was used to identify the noise source of each part of the mower. In 2 000 r/min,100% load conditions to cut lawn mower surface vibration test,the lawn mower is working vibration velocity and vibration velocity of components of 1/3 octave spectrum analysis,determine the lawn mower is working on all parts,main vibration range and estimate to calculate the lawn mower parts of sound power level at work,get the size of the lawn mower the main noise source arrangement,identify the main noise sources and provides a theoretical basis to reduce the lawn mower noise.
