摘要
提出一种新型电功率回收型液压泵试验台。传统电功率回收型液压泵试验台回收的电压不稳定。为解决此问题,利用能量存储单元对电能进行转换,即回收-存储-反馈。对该试验台进行建模并进行仿真研究。结果表明:该电功率回收型液压泵试验台可以将加载能量转化为电能并回收,同时满足试验加载需求。回收的能量可通过的混合供电系统反馈至试验台系统。
        A new energy recovery system of hydraulic pump test bench was proposed in this paper. One of the disadvantage for the electrical power recovery hydraulic pump test bench is that the recovered voltage is not stable.In order to solve this problem,the energy storage cell was adopted in this paper to transfer the electrical energy,which is called as recycle-store-feedback. The numerical model was established and the simulation analysis was conducted for this system. The hydraulic test bench system can transfer the load energy to electrical power and recover it. And it could meet the load demand that the test bench requires. The recovered power can be fed back to the system through the hybrid energy system which can save energy.
