摘要
保健食品具有食品性质,其原料组成有多种形式。由于我国保健食品领域缺乏安全追溯系统的信息约束、保健食品原料的规范化应用缺乏制度约束等原因,当前在国家食品药品监督管理总局(China Food and Drug Administration, CFDA)注册的保健食品中,普遍存在中药材及其提取物、食品添加剂、营养补充剂等相关构成原料名称术语不规范现象,给保健食品生产、经营、流通、宣传等方面的管理带来了一定困难。为了从源头对构成保健食品的原料进行有效管理与品质控制,有必要尽快明确保健食品原料名称术语规范化应用的标准依据,并采取措施引导规范性名称术语的应用推广,以便为保健食品的标准化、现代化、国际化提供信息保障。
Health food has the nature of food, and its raw material composition has many forms. Due to the lack of information restriction on the safety traceability system and the lack of institutional constraints in the standardized application of raw materials for health foods in the field of health food in China, the non-standard terminology for the constituent names of Chinese herbal medicines and their extracts, food additives, nutritional supplements, etc. are currently found in health foods registered by the China Food and Drug Administration(CFDA). It has brought certain difficulties to the management of health food production, management, circulation, and propaganda. In order to effectively manage and control the raw materials that constitute health foods from the source, it is necessary to clarify the standard basis for the standardized application of the terminology of health food raw materials as soon as possible, and to take measures to guide the application and promotion of the terminology of standardized names in order to provide information protection for the standardization, modernization and internationalization of health foods.
