摘要
基于三维自由弯曲技术和维宏数控系统研制了一台三维数控弯管机。该设备主要由偏心运动机构、送料机构、床身以及控制系统等组成。偏心运动机构采用双层丝杠导轨滑台的传动结构,步进电动机通过丝杠将作用力施加在偏心球上,从而使穿在偏心球内的管材在送料过程中产生弯曲;送料机构利用丝杠导轨滑台结合五组压紧气缸实现管材送料,避免了管件在送料过程中的失稳;控制系统采用维宏运动控制卡结合NcStudio软件实现三轴插补运动,利用外置PLC对气缸等元件进行逻辑控制。样机实验结果表明,该数控弯管机能够实现管材的三维自由弯曲工艺,效率较传统弯管机有大幅提高,经后续改进后,可进行市场推广应用。
        A NC pipe bender was developed based on 3 D free bending technology and WeiHong CNC system. The equipment is mainly composed of eccentric motion mechanism,feeding mechanism,bed and control system. The eccentric motion mechanism adopts the transmission structure of double-layer lead screw sliding table,and the stepper motor exerts the force on the eccentric ball through the lead screw,so that the tube pierced in the eccentric ball bends during the feeding process; the feeding mechanism uses the lead screw sliding table combined with five groups of compressed cylinders to realize the feeding of the tube,thus avoiding the feeding of the pipe fittings. The control system uses WeiHong motion control card and NcStudio software to realize three-axis interpolation motion,and uses external PLC to control the cylinder and other components logically. The experimental results of the prototype show that the NC pipe bender can realize three-dimensional free bending process,and the efficiency is greatly improved compared with the traditional pipe bender.
