摘要
高温气冷堆球形燃料元件采用冷准等静压成形,为使球形燃料元件的尺寸和表面质量满足技术要求,必须研制适用于球形燃料元件的专用加工机床。球形燃料元件专用加工机床的研制主要包括机床种类、工件装夹方法、刀具形式、上下料方式和机床附加粉尘收集装置等的选定、设计、计算和优化,最终研制成功适用于球形燃料元件专用加工的机床。采用该专用机床对球形燃料元件进行加工,无论是生产效率,还是加工后得到的球形燃料元件的尺寸和表面质量,均能够满足高温气冷堆球形燃料元件的设计指标和技术要求。
        The spherical fuel elements for the high temperature gas-cooled reactor(HTGR) are manufactured by cold isostatic molding method.In order to meet the technical requirements of the dimension and surface quality for spherical fuel elements,a special machine tool suitable for the machining of spherical fuel elements must be developed.The research and development of the special machine tools for spherical fuel elements included selection,design,calculation and optimization of machine type,the workpiece chucking method,lathe tool style,loading and unloading methods during lathing,and dust collecting apparatus.Finally the special machine tool for spherical fuel elements was successfully developed.Both the production efficiency and the dimension and surface quality of the machined spherical fuel elements by using the newly developed special machine tool satisfy the design specifications and technical requirements of spherical fuel elements for HTGR.
