石油类高校过程装备与控制工程专业人才培养模式探索

摘要
以过程装备与控制工程专业为例,针对高素质复合型工程技术人才的培养目标,从专业知识体系、特色实践教学、创新能力培养、师资队伍建设和科学研究五方面具体论述了石油类高校过装备与控制工程专业的人才培养模式。以专业建设成果为主线,探讨了当前人才培养模式的可行性、实现专业人才培养的目的,以及如何适应石油行业的发展需求,对新时期过程装备与控制工程专业教学及学科发展具有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at the training goal of "high-quality compound engineering and technical talents", the personnel training mode of equipment and control engineering in petroleum universities is discussed in this paper from five aspects. Such as professional knowledge system, characteristic practice teaching, innovation ability training, teacher team building and scientific research. Taking the professional construction achievements as the main line, the feasibility of the current talent training mode and the realization of professional talents are discussed. And how to adapt to the development needs of the petroleum industry is also studied. It has certain guiding significance for the teaching and subject development of process equipment and control engineering.
