摘要
装船机行走时轨道垂直高差的变化,会使台车行走轮及其上部的桥架金属结构产生疲劳循环载荷,容易在焊缝处产生裂纹,并与整机设备稳定性息息相关。提出一种基于激光跟踪仪的轨道变形动态测试技术,测试结果可以给出垂直高差超标的精确轨道位置以及轨道动态变形量,在某港口装船机轨道维修中取得了满意的效果。该测试技术进一步保障了大型装卸机械安全运行稳定性,也为同类型机械的轨道变形动态测试提供了新思路。
The variation of the vertical height difference of the track of the moving ship loader causes fatigue cycle load on the traveling wheel of the trolley and the metal bridge frame above the trolley, which easily results in cracks at welding seams and is closely related to the stability of the ship loader. In the paper, a dynamic deformation measurement technology for the track based on laser tracker was proposed. The test results indicated the exact track position with limit excession of the vertical height difference and the dynamic deformation of the tracks. Its application obtained satisfactory effects during maintenance of the tracks of the ship loader in a port. The measurement technology further guaranteed the safe operation stability of large loading and unloading machinery, and offered new idea for dynamic deformation measurement of the track of the same type of machinery.
