摘要
随着城市经济的快速发展,城市水环境问题日益突出,许多河流黑臭问题严重,生态系统遭到破坏。近几年来,城市黑臭河道治理取得了阶段性成效,文中对南京市玄武区内秦淮河北段河道整治现状进行了分析,找出影响水环境长效管理问题的关键原因,提出了针对性治理对策。
        With the rapid development of the urban economy,the urban water environment problem has become increasingly prominent. Many rivers have serious black odor problems and the ecosystem has been destroyed. In recent years,Stage effect has been achieved in the treatment of urban black-smelly river course. In recent years,the urban black and odor river management has achieved phased results. This paper analyzes the current situation of river regulation in the Qinhuai River in the Xuanwu District of Nanjing,and finds out the key reasons for the long-term management of the water environment,and proposes targeted countermeasures.
