摘要
使用内容分析法对中日友好医院医联体自成立以来近5年的媒体报道进行分析。研究发现,媒体构建的医联体形象与医联体开展的实际工作具有一致性。媒体详细记录了中日友好医院医联体从区域医联体转变为专科医联体的过程;展示了医联体的主要功能;报道突出了该院呼吸、疼痛、中西医结合肿瘤内科等优势学科的特色;引证了社会对医联体的正面评价;但对基层医院和基层患者报道不足,尚未体现出医联体建设"强基层"的效果。研究认为,医联体核心单位及成员单位加强与媒体合作、营造有利于医改的舆论氛围,对医联体建设可以起到促进作用。
This study uses the content analysis method to analyze the media reports of the medical alliance of China-Japan Friendship Hospital since its establishment nearly 5 years ago. It showed that the image of medical alliance constructed by the media is consistent with the actual work carried out. In detail, the media recorded the transformation of medical alliance from the regional medical alliance to the specialist medical alliance. It also showed the main function of the specialist medical alliance which highlighted the characteristics of the leading disciplines such as respiratory, pain, integrative Medicine of TCM and Western medicines, cited the positive evaluation of the society to the hospital and the grassroots patients. But media report have not focused on manifested the effect of "strengthening the primary unit. It is considered to strengthen the cooperation of media and create a favorable atmosphere for healthcare reform to promote medical alliance construction.
