摘要
新生代农民工心理资本是提升创业绩效的重要心理资源.以446位新生代农民工为样本,采用结构方程模型分析了新生代农民工心理资本、创业机会识别与创业绩效之间的关系.结果表明,新生代农民工心理资本对创业机会识别、创业绩效存在显著的正向影响;创业机会识别对创业绩效存在显著的正向影响;创业机会识别在新生代农民工心理资本与创业绩效之间发挥完全中介作用.研究结果丰富和拓展了心理资本领域的理论认知,同时也揭示了新生代农民工心理资本与创业绩效之间潜在的影响机制.
        The new-generation migrant worker's psychological capital is a fundamental psychological resource to improve entrepreneurial performance. Based on a questionnaire survey sample of 446 new-generation migrant workers in China and by using structure equation modeling, this research examines the relationship among psychological capital, entrepreneurial opportunities recognition,and entrepreneurial performance. The obtained results show that:(1) the new-generation migrant worker's psychological capital has a significant impact on entrepreneurial opportunities recognition and entrepreneurial performance;(2) entrepreneurial opportunities recognition plays a key role in entrepreneurial performance;(3)entrepreneurial opportunities recognition completely has a mediating effect between the new-generation migrant worker's psychological capital and entrepreneurial performance. This research enriches and expands theoretical understanding on the domain of psychological capital and also reveals the underlying mechanism between the new-generation migrant worker's psychological capital and entrepreneurial performance.
