摘要
随着我国全科医学体系的发展,作为院前急救不可缺少的重要部分,全科医生必然需要更多地参与急诊和院前急救工作。通过考察法国院前急救体系及全科医生急诊临床教育现状,对加强我国全科医生急诊教育提出一些建议。针对性地打造全科医学急诊临床教学,发挥案例教学和反思教学的作用,强化模拟教学,建立实时双向多维评价制度,是培养高质量的胜任全科医学急诊和院前急救医疗实践的全科医学人才的关键。
With the development of general medicine in China, general practitioners will inevitably undertake increasing pre-hospital emergency care. Based on surveying the status of pre-hospital first aid system and emergency clinic education on general practitioners in France, some suggestions were put forward, such as playing the role of case teaching, reinforcing the simulation teaching, and establishing a real-time, two-way and multi-dimensional teaching evaluation system, which were the key to training high quality general practitioners competent for first aid and pre-hospital emergency care duty.
