基于平衡计分卡的医用耗材供应商绩效管理探讨

摘要
目的通过对医用耗材供应商进行有效的绩效管理,提高供应商综合服务质量,加强医用耗材供应链安全能力。方法用平衡计分卡的方法,从财务、客户、内部流程和发展四个维度对医用耗材供应商进行绩效考核,将考核后的供应商统一标准,严格对待。结果提供了对医用耗材供应商进行绩效考核的明确的、可量化的、可实现的指标,有效促进供应商提高综合服务质量。结论基于平衡计分卡的医用耗材供应商绩效管理方法具有科学性、先进性,能加强医用耗材供应商绩效管理,为医用耗材管理改革做好对接准备工作。
Objective To improve the suppliers' comprehensive service quality and enhance supply chain security capability of medical consumables by the effective performance management for the medical consumables suppliers. Methods The performance of medical consumables was evaluated base on balanced score card from four dimensions, including finance, customers, internal process and development, and standards for the suppliers after assessment were unified and treated strictly. Results It provided clear, quantifiable and feasible indicators for performance evaluation of the medical consumables suppliers, and effectively promoted suppliers to improve comprehensive service quality. Conclusion The performance management method of the medical consumables supplier based on the balanced scorecard is scientific and advanced, and it can strengthen the performance management of the medical consumables and prepare for the medical consumables management reform.
