摘要
目的计算中国青年人群腹主动脉血流量分配比例的正常值。方法使用彩色多普勒超声探测139名健康青年的升主动脉、腹主动脉近心端、腹腔干、肠系膜上动脉、左肾动脉、右肾动脉及腹主动脉远心端的相关参数,包括管径、时间平均峰值流速、心率等,通过面积公式和体积公式计算出腹主动脉各出入口的血流量分配比例,比较男女不同性别间的差异,按照正态分布原理推断其正常值范围。结果无论以升主动脉还是腹主动脉近端为输入端,全部测量点的血流量分配比例在不同性别之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);无论以升主动脉还是腹主动脉近端为输入端,全部测量点的血流量分配比例相对腹主动脉近端的血流分配比例占比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);计算出中国青年人群腹主动脉血流量分配比例的正常值。以升主动脉为输入端时:腹腔干血流量分配比例均值为7.04%,正常值为4.16%~9.92%;肠系膜上动脉血流量分配比例均值为7.01%,正常值为4.13%~9.89%;左肾动脉血流量分配比例均值为5.33%,正常值为3.31%~7.35%;右肾动脉血流量分配比例为5.91%,正常值为3.38%~8.44%;腹主动脉远心端血流量分配比例为16.75%,正常值为10.30%~23.20%。以腹主动脉近心端为输入端时:腹腔干血流量分配比例均值为14.89%,正常值为8.81%~20.97%;肠系膜上动脉血流量分配比例均值为14.73%,正常值为10.26%~19.20%;左肾动脉血流量分配比例均值为11.04%,正常值为7.96%~14.12%;右肾动脉血流量分配比例为12.31%,正常值为8.37%~16.24%;腹主动脉远心端血流量分配比例为34.94%,正常值为24.32%~45.56%。结论中国青年人群腹主动脉血流量分配比例正常值范围的测定有助于腹主动脉血流动力学模型的建造和腹部脏器血液供应情况的评估,对腹主动脉的血流动力学研究及腹部脏器缺血的诊断和评估有重要意义。
        Objective To calculate the normal value of abdominal aorta blood flow distribution ratio in Chinese young people. Method We used color Doppler ultrasound to detect the relative parameters of the ascending aorta, proximal abdominal aorta, celiac trunk, superior mesenteric artery, left renal artery,right renal artery, and distal abdominal aorta of 139 healthy young adults. The related parameters include tube diameter, time-averaged peak flow velocity and heart rate. We calculated the ratio of blood flow distribution in the main entrances and exits of the abdominal aorta using the area formula and volume formula, and compared the differences between men and women of different genders, and inferred the normal range according to the normal distribution principle. Result Regardless of whether the ascending aorta or the proximal abdominal aorta is the input, there is no significant difference in the ratio of blood flow distribution between all genders in all the measurement points in this study(P>0.05). Regardless of whether the ascending aorta or the proximal abdominal aorta is the input, there is no significant difference in the percentage of blood flow distribution at all measurement points in the study compared with the ratio of blood flow distribution in the proximal abdominal aorta(P>0.05). Calculate the normal value of abdominal aorta blood flow distribution ratio in Chinese young people. The ascending aorta was used as the input: the mean ratio of the celiac trunk blood flow distribution was 7.04%, and the normal value was 4.16% to 9.92%; the mean ratio of the superior mesenteric artery blood flow distribution was 7.01%, and the normal value was4.13% to 9.89%; the mean ratio of left renal artery blood flow distribution was 5.33%, normal value was3.31% to 7.35%; the mean ratio of right renal artery blood flow distribution was 5.91%, normal value was3.38% to 8.44%; The mean ratio of right abdominal aortic distal blood flow distribution was 16.75%, and the normal value was 10.30% to 23.20%.The abdominal aorta proximal was used as the input: the mean ratio of the celiac trunk blood flow distribution was 14.89%, and the normal value was 8.81% to 20.97%;the mean ratio of the superior mesenteric artery blood flow distribution was 14.73%, and the normal value was 10.26% to 19.20%; the mean ratio of left renal artery blood flow distribution was 11.04%, normal value was 7.96% to 14.12%; the mean ratio of right renal artery blood flow distribution was 12.31%, normal value was 8.37% to 16.24%; The mean ratio of right abdominal aortic distal blood flow distribution was 34.94%,and the normal value was 24.32% to 45.56%. Conclusion The determination of the normal range of blood flow distribution ratios in the branches of the abdominal aorta in Chinese youth contributes to the construction of hemodynamic models of the abdominal aorta and assessment of abdominal organ blood supply.And it is of great significance to the hemodynamic study of abdominal aorta and the diagnosis and assessment of abdominal organ ischemia.
