摘要
为了定量评价产品设计制造环节信息流结构的有序性,建立了产品设计制造环节信息流结构的有序度和结构熵模型,在此基础上,计算了设计与制造环节信息流结构的时效熵和质量熵,定量分析了一种仿人型机器人左腿模型的设计与制造环节两者之间的信息流结构有序性,为分析产品设计与制造环节之间信息的演化提供了依据。
In order to quantitatively evaluate the order degree of the information flow structure of product design and manufacturing, the effective entropy and quality entropy of the information flow structure of design and manufacturing links were calculated. The order degree of the information flow in product design and manufacturing of left leg of robot model were evaluated quantitatively. The study provides a way for analyzing the evolution of the information between the design and manufacturing of products.
