推进大众创新创业与大学生就业协调互动发展研究

摘要
大学毕业生是实施国家创新驱动发展战略和推进"大众创业、万众创新"的生力军,大学毕业生的就业创业关系到经济发展、民生改善和社会稳定,对构建和谐社会发挥着至关重要的作用,因此,大学生的就业受到了党和国家的高度关注与重视。目前,我国亟待立足市场需求导向,以创业带动就业,通过社会、高校和大学生自身共同努力,形成合力机制,推进大众创新创业与大学生就业协调互动发展。本文以下三个方面阐述作者的观点:一是推进大众创新创业对经济发展和大学生就业的促进作用和意义;二是大众创新创业与大学生就业面临的机遇和挑战;三是大众创新创业与大学生就业协调互动发展的对策措施。
College graduates are the main force to implement national innovation-driven development strategy and to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation. The employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates is of vital importance to the construction of a harmonious society, which is related to economic development, people's livelihood improvement and social stability. Therefore, the employment of college students is highly concerned and valued by the Party and the state. At the present, our country is urged to be oriented based on market demand, to drive the employment by business startup. It is formed joint efforts of the society, universities and college students themselves to form a united system, to promote coordinated and interactive development between mass entrepreneurship and college students' employment.The point of view can be concluded from three aspects: the first one is the role and significance of promoting public innovation and entrepreneurship for economic development and employment of college students;the second one is the opportunities and challenges that public innovation and entrepreneurship and the employment of college students are facing; the third one is the measures of coordinated development of public innovation and entrepreneurship and the employment of college students.
