杂交水稻种子质量鉴定圃种植调查结果与分析

摘要
【目的】及时掌握种子质量情况。【方法】对50份晚造杂交水稻种子样品的纯度、转基因进行田间种植鉴定和快速检测,调查南方水稻黑条矮缩病发病率,并对鉴定调查结果进行种子质量分析。【结果】50份种子样品纯度达98%以上,纯度全部达到国标一级。50个品种转基因快速检测属阴性,合格率100%。南方水稻黑条矮缩病调查,50个品种均不同程度发生南方水稻黑条矮缩病,发病率20%以上的品种15个,发病率10%以下的品种7个。【结论】杂交水稻品种纯度合格率为100%,全部纯度达到国标一级;转基因快速检测合格率100%,说明防城港市种子管理部门对种子质量的严格规范管理效果显著;各样品对南方水稻黑条矮缩病抗病性较弱,发病率高,其发病与稻飞虱的发生、播种期、插植期关系密切,建议在水稻秧苗期和插植前期注意防治稻飞虱。
【Objective】To grasp the seed quality in time.【Method】The purity and transgene of 50 lategrowing hybrid rice seed samples were identified by field planting and rapid detection,and the incidence of black-streaked dwarf disease in southern China was investigated.The seed quality analysis was carried out.【Result】The purity of 50 seed samples was over 98%,and all of them reached the national standard level.The rapid detection of transgene of 50 varieties was negative,and the qualified rate was 100%.Investigation on black stripe dwarf disease of southern rice showed that 50 varieties all developed black stripe dwarf disease in different degrees.The incidence of black stripe dwarf disease in southern rice was over 20%,and the incidence was 10%.【Conclusion】The qualified rate of purity of hybrid rice varieties is100%,all of them reach the national standard level.The qualified rate of rapid transgenic detection was100%,which indicated that the seed management department of Fangchenggang City had a remarkable effect on the strict and standardized management of seed quality.The resistance of each sample to rice black stripe dwarf disease was weak and the incidence rate was high.The occurrence of rice planthopper was closely related to the occurrence of rice planthopper,sowing date and transplanting period.It was suggested that attention should be paid to the control of rice planthopper at seedling stage and early stage of transplanting.
