摘要
主要介绍了单轨吊机车系统中的起吊系统,运用机械设计和液压传动的原理,分析了煤矿井下轻型、重型2种起吊梁的原理及运动情况,并阐述了起吊的工作过程。主要研究马达和液压缸的参数选取问题,从而提高起吊系统安全性和可靠性。
Mainly introduces the lifting system of the monorail crane locomotive system,by using the principle of mechanical design and hydraulic transmission,the lifting principle and movement situation of light and heavy lifting beam were analyzed and it describes the working process of hoisting. Mainly studies the problem of parameters selection of motor and hydraulic cylinder for improving the safety and reliability of hoist system.
