摘要
目的研究复方单过硫酸氢钾消毒剂对水体消毒的效果及其稳定性。方法采用定量杀菌试验方法和模拟现场消毒试验方法,对某复方单过硫酸氢钾消毒剂杀灭水中大肠杆菌的消毒效果进行观察。结果用浓度为10 mg/L复方单过硫酸氢钾消毒液对人工污染水样中大肠杆菌作用30 min,杀菌率为100%。该消毒剂密封装于玻璃容器内于37℃存放90 d,有效含量下降率为7.68%。结论该复方单过硫酸氢钾消毒剂在较低浓度下有较好的杀灭水体中大肠杆菌的效果,密封储存性能较稳定。
Objective To study the water disinfection effect and stability of a potassium monopersulfate compound disinfectant( PMPCD). Methods Quantitative germicidal test and simulated field disinfection test method were used to observe the disinfection effect of Escherichia coli bacteria in water. Results The killing rate of Escherichia coli was 100% when10 mg/L of PMPCD in artificially contaminated water for 30 min. The drop rate of the effective content was 7. 68% while storing the PMPCD in sealing glass container at 37 ℃ for 90 d. Conclusion The PMPCD has good efficiency of killing Escherichia coli in water at low concentrations with stable performance.
