中国与尼泊尔经贸合作的机遇与挑战

<正>2015年9月,时任尼泊尔总统拉姆·亚达夫(Ram Baran Yadav)正式宣布实施《尼泊尔联邦民主共和国新宪法》。①依据新宪法的规定,尼泊尔在2017年12月举行了新宪法施行后的首次大选,执政党尼泊尔大会党在大选中惨遭失利,而由尼泊尔共产党(联合马列)和尼泊尔共产党(毛主义中心)组成的左翼联盟在省议会和联邦议会选举中取得了压倒性胜利,于2018年2月15日上台执政,尼共(联合马列)主席卡德加·普拉萨德·夏尔马·奥利(Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli)出任国家
