摘要
为提高污水厂出水水质,实现稳定运行、节能降耗的双重目标,针对苏州某污水厂二期工程"厌氧+卡鲁塞尔氧化沟+二沉池"工艺,利用该厂多年积累的运行经验和历史数据,引入模拟技术,建立污水厂生物处理工艺模型。针对该厂全年进水典型情景,系统、定量地分析了污水厂运行过程中存在的主要问题,并有针对性地制定优化方案。模拟和运行实践结果表明:通过调控曝气转碟控制方案及泥龄控制策略,可使全年出水COD、NH_4~+-N、TN、SS浓度从一级B标准提升至一级A标准,且吨水单耗降低了约29.4%,节能效果显著。
        The process of anaerobic-Carrousel oxidation ditch-secondary settling tank is adopted in a wastewater treatment plant( WWTP). In order to improve effluent quality,and to realize the dual goal of stable operation and energy saving,its biological treatment process model was built with simulation method according to the operation experience and historical data accumulated over the years. Under the typical influent condition during the whole year,main problems in the operation of the WWTP were analyzed systematically and quantitatively,and then the optimization plan was made accordingly. Simulation and practice results showed that,by adjusting control scheme of the aeration discs and the sludge age,effluent COD,NH_4~+-N,TN and SS could be improved from first level B discharge standard to first level A discharge standard. At the same time,energy consumption per ton of wastewater was reduced by about29. 4%.
