摘要

当前我国正处社会转型的关键时期,农民工问题已经成为我国社会转型时期最突出和最重要的问题之一。农民工群体的服务需求呈现出了多元化、复杂化和个性化的多重特点,亟须进行更有效的社会服务,这是新时代发展需要和农民工服务需求共同作用的结果。文章以北京和上海两地社会工作服务农民工的基本实践为基础,主要总结了社会工作介入农民工服务的角色承担与主要作用、基本内容与方法体系以及问题挑战与发展建议,并尝试总结和积累了社会工作介入农民工服务的基本知识体系。
        China is the key period of social transformation, the social problem of the migrant workers has become one of the most prominent and most important problem in the social transformation period of our country.The demand of the migrant workers shows the multiple characteristics of complex and diversified.It need toinnovative service, which is the result of the interaction of a new era of development needs and the service demand ofthe Migrant workers. As the breakthrough point of socialwork service of the Migrant workers in Beijing and Shanghai, thepaper mainly analyzes the main function and basic content and method system of social work intervention of the floating population service.It alsoPuts forward many challengesand suggestions, and trys to summary the local experienceof socialworkintheserviceoftheMigrant workers.
