临床护理路径在小儿输液护理中的效果及对患儿家属满意度的影响

摘要
目的研究临床护理路径在小儿输液护理中的效果及对患儿家属满意度的影响。方法选择2017年3月至2018年7月在我院接受诊断及输液治疗的80例患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组与参照组,每组40例。在输液治疗期间,参照组给予常规输液护理,试验组按照临床护理路径对患儿进行护理干预。比较两组患儿的一次性穿刺成功率、不良输液事件发生情况及患儿家属对输液护理服务的满意度。结果试验组患儿的一次性穿刺成功率显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿的不良输液事件总发生率为10.00%,显著低于参照组患儿的27.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿家属对输液护理服务满意度为92.50%,显著高于参照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据临床护理路径对输液患儿进行护理干预,可提高一次性穿刺操作成功率,并降低患儿不良输液事件的发生率,进而提升患儿家属对护理服务的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway in pediatric infusion nursing and its influence on the satisfaction of family members of children. Methods Eighty children who received diagnosis and transfusion treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and reference group, with 40 cases in each group. During the period of infusion treatment, the reference group was given routine infusion nursing, while the experimental group was given nursing intervention according to clinical nursing path. The success rates of one-time puncture, the incidence of adverse transfusion events and the satisfaction of the family members to infusion nursing service in the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse infusion events in the experimental group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than 27.50% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the family members to infusion nursing service in the experimental group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing path in pediatric infusion nursing can improve the success rate of one-time puncture and reduce the incidence of adverse infusion events in children, thereby improving the satisfaction of the family members to infusion nursing service, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
