摘要
对一台300 Mvar调相机产品的定子铁心通风系统,以STAR CCM~+为基,利用其优秀的包面功能,处理铁心径向风道内复杂的流体结构;进行整机三维CFD数值模拟;并与二维CFD计算以及试验测试数据进行对比分析。采用场路结合的方法,计算得出定子铁心的温度分布。计算结果表明,采用变风道技术的无挡风板结构后,定子铁心温度不均匀系数仅为1.19,满足温升设计要求。
Numerical research of stator core radial ventilation system of the 300 Mvar synchronous compensator was performed based upon the STAR CCM+. The excellent cover features of the STAR CCM+ was applied to deal with the complex fluid grid structure of radial ventilation system,3 D CFD numerical simulation of the whole machine and comparison with the 2D CFD calculated and test data. The temperature distribution of the stator core was calculated by the way combined the net-work nodes method. The result showed that the coefficient of temperature non-uniformity of the stator core without the wind plate but by means of variable vent technology was only 1.19, to meet with the requirements by the temperature-rise design.
