黄连素与格列吡嗪联合应用对2型糖尿病的降糖效果

摘要
目的探究2型糖尿病患者临床治疗中实施黄连素与格列吡嗪联合应用的疗效。方法选取2016年12月～2018年5月在我院接受治疗的70例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组35例,观察组35例。对照组行格列吡嗪治疗观察组行格列吡嗪联合黄连素治疗,对两组患者治疗后血脂、血糖、胰岛素水平及C肽水平进行统计学分析和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后血糖水平及胰岛素水平显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);血脂水平中总胆固醇(TC)以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),而甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平相较于对照组则明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组患者C肽水平相较于对照组显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论黄连素联合格列吡嗪治疗2型糖尿病效果理想,可有效改善患者血糖、胰岛素等水平,调整患者血脂水平,进而达到降糖目的,因此该种治疗方案可在临床中推广。
Objective To iexplore the curative effect of berberine combined with glipizide in the clinical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 70 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=35) and the observation group(n=35).The control group was treated with glipizide while the observation group was treated with glipizide combined with berberine.The levels of blood lipids,blood glucose,insulin and C-peptide after treatment of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group,the blood glucose level and insulin level after treatment of the observation group decreased significantly.There was a significant difference in data,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was too small differences in total cholesterol(TC) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) levels in the blood lipid level between the observation group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of triglyceride(TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in the observation group were significantly lower.There were significant differences in data, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the level of C-peptide in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was a significant difference in data,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Berberine combined with glipizide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has ideal effects.It can effectively improve the blood glucose and insulin levels of patients and adjust the blood lipid level of patients to achieve the hypoglycemic purpose.Therefore,this treatment plan can be promoted in the clinical practice.
