摘要
热媒炉作为处理站的唯一热源,是原油稳定装置和轻烃回收装置的关键设备,正常运行时处于高温状态。为避免与其连接的金属管道(处于高温状态)应力超标或管口法兰泄漏,以保证管道自身和其热媒炉的安全,就必须使管道布置满足相应的安全评定条件。介绍了国外某项目热媒炉进出口管道的现场优化方案,分析了不同工况下的管道应力,通过设置导向、限位和弹簧支吊架,使一次、二次应力处于允许的范围之内。
As the only heat source of central process facilities,heat medium heater is the critical equipment of crude oil stabilizer and light hydrocarbon recovery unit.It is operated at high temperature during normal operation.To avoid the over high stress of metal pipes connected with the heat medium heater or the leakage of nozzle flanges to ensure the safety of the pipeline and the heat medium heater connected,the piping layout shall meet corresponding safety evaluation conditions.This paper introduces the onsite optimization scheme of the inlet and outlet piping of heat medium heater in an overseas project,and carries out the stress analysis of pipelines in different cases.By setting the guide,limit and spring hanger,the primary and secondary stresses are within the allowable range.
