华重楼种苗繁殖与仿野生栽培试验

摘要
为了提高华重楼种子发芽率和栽培成活率,对华重楼进行种苗繁殖与仿野生栽培试验。结果表明:华重楼种子采用沙藏处理的效果较好,发芽率和成苗率最高;华重楼切段繁殖采用带顶芽切块繁殖成活率最高,且出苗时间短;华重楼适宜在林下郁闭度0.2～0.7、坡度≤45°的砂壤地种植。
In order to improve the germination and survival rate of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis seeds, the experiment of seedling propagation and imitation wild cultivation was carried out. The results showed that the effect of sand storage was better, and the germination and seedling rate were the highest. The highest survival rate and short seedling emergence time were obtained by cutting Paris polyphylla var. chinensis with top; it was suitable to be planted in sandy loam with canopy density of 0.2-0.7 and slope of less than 45 degrees.
