新型无机注浆材料在大采高工作面冒顶区处理中的应用

摘要
大采高工作面矿压显现强烈,工作面极易发生片帮、冒顶事故。针对具体工程,施工临时通道,采用新型双液注浆材料,配合中空注浆锚索,对煤壁和顶板进行预加固,使工作面安全通过了冒顶区。实践表明,新型无机注浆材料具备快凝早强特性,适合冒顶区破碎围岩注浆加固,可有效地控制片帮,提高煤壁对顶板支撑能力,能够有效替代高分子材料进行冒顶区处理,技术经济效益良好。
        Mine pressure appears strongly in large mining height working face,rib spalling and roof caving accident is very easy to happen.For specific engineering,digging temporary roadway,applying new inorganic double liquid grouting material,cooperating with hollow grouting anchor,to reinforcement the rib and roof in advance,make working face push through the roof caving zone safely. Practice shows:new inorganic grouting material has the characteristics of quick setting and early hardening,it is conducive to achieve level grouting process,is suitable for the broken surrounding rocks grouting in the roof caving zone,it can control rib spalling efficiently,improve the supporting ability of rib to the roof,it can instead of polymer materials in dealing with the roof caving zone,good technical and economic benefits will be got.
