摘要

大学治理体系现代化背后的自治价值与他治价值、多元共治价值与一元分治价值以及民主价值与集中价值是对立统一的关系。目前我国大学治理体系现代化面临一定的价值矛盾,具体表现为自治价值与他治价值、多元共治价值与一元分治价值及民主价值与集中价值的冲突。推进我国大学治理体系现代化,提升大学治理能力,需要将自治价值与他治价值、多元共治价值与一元分治价值、民主价值与集中价值整合起来,保障现代大学学术使命和社会使命的实现。
        There exists the unity of opposites in the self-governing value and the other-governing value, the multi-governing value and the single-separate-governing value, the democracy value and the centralization value within the modernization of university governance system. At present, certain value conflicts exist during the modernization of university governance system in China, mainly between the self-governing value and the othergoverning value, the multi-governing value and the single-separate-governing value, the democracy value and the centralization value. In order to advance the modernization of university governance system in China and improve the governance ability, the self-governing value and the other-governing value, the multi-governing value and the singleseparate-governing value needs to be integrated to fulfill the academic mission and social mission of modern universities.
