摘要
2018年在黄山市屯溪区平顶山分别采集了清明前4天、清明、清明后3天、清明后6天的4种绿茶样品K1、K2、K3和K4,以这些样品的红外光谱为基准,分析并计算所测样品的共有峰率和变异峰率.实验结果显示,K1与K2、K3、K4之间有很高的共有峰率(均大于82.0%)和很低的变异峰率(均小于或等于20.0%).这说明不同采收期的绿茶成分有很多相同,但是由于采收期不同,其在物质结构上仍然存在一定差异,通过双指标技术分析可以判断出样品的采摘顺序.
        In 2018, four green tea samples, K1, K2, K3 and K4, were respectively collected in four days before, on and after the Qingming Festival day at Pingdingshan, Tunxi District,Huangshan City. The common peak rate and variation peak rate of the samples were analyzed and calculated based on the infrared spectra of the samples. The experimental results showed that there were high common peak rates between K1 and K2, K3 and K4(greater than 82.0%) and low variation peak rates (less than 20.0%). This indicates that tea leaves collected in different time periods contained roughly the same materials. However, due to the different harvest times, there were still some differences in the material structure and the harvest time order of samples could be judged by the dual-index technique.
