摘要
介绍了清洁能源供热技术,包括热风供热、导热油供热、中压中温蒸汽供热在印染行业中热定型机上的应用,分析了燃天然气直接式热风炉与间接式热风炉在定型机中的使用方法,研究了燃生物质能导热油炉和燃沼气导热油炉的结构形式以及在印染定型机中的供热使用情况,讨论了热电厂集中供热的中压中温蒸汽在热定型机上的应用方式,最后比较了3种供热方式的特点和运行成本。
        The application of clean energy heating technology in heat-setting machine of the printing and dyeing industry was introduced, including hot wind heating, conduction hot oil heating, mediumpressure and temperature steam heating. The usage methods of burning natural gas direct hot blast furnace and indirect hot blast furnace in setting machine were analyzed. The structure types of burning biomass energy conduction hot oil furnace and burning biogas conduction hot oil furnace and the heating usage conditions in printing and dyeing setting machine were studied. The application modes of medium pressure medium temperature steam of thermal power plant concentrated heating in heat-setting machine were discussed. In the end, the characteristics and cost of three heating ways were compared.
