基于CAE技术的翘曲分析及反变形补偿设计

摘要
针对注塑件加玻璃纤维引起的翘曲变形,传统方法很难做到精确地预测,为产品反变形补偿设计提供可靠依据。基于CAE技术,运用Moldex3D软件对添加玻纤的某"C"型产品进行"冷却+充填+保压+冷却+翘曲"分析,得到各方向翘曲位移量。采用反变形原理修改原始方案产品结构设计,试模验证模拟的可靠性,误差控制在5%以内。依据Moldex3D模拟结果的翘曲变形量,指导产品变更设计的反变形补偿量,成功解决了"C"型产品的翘曲变形问题。随机抽样测量15组产品,最大翘曲量为0.04 mm,远小于0.2 mm的精度要求。CAE技术为降低产品的开发风险提供了保障,反变形技术为注射成型时翘曲变形的控制、模具及工艺设计的选择和预留变形量的确定等提供可靠依据。
        It is difficult to accurately predict the warping deformation caused by adding glass fiber to injection molded parts,which provides a reliable basis for the design of anti-deformation compensation. Based on CAE technology, Moldex3D software was used to analyze the "cooling +filling +holding +cooling +warpage"of a "C"product with glass fiber,and getting the warpage displacement in all directions. The principle of reverse deformation was used to modify the original scheme,and the reliability of the simulation was verified by trial design. The error control was less than 5%. According to the warping deformation of Moldex3D simulation results,the anti-deformation compensation of product change design was directed to solve the warping deformation problem of "C"type product successfully. Random sampling of 15 groups of products with a maximum warpage of 0.04 mm and an accuracy of much less than 0.2 mm. CAE technology provides a guarantee for reducing the risk of product development. Anti-deformation technology provides a reliable basis for control of warpage during injection molding,selection of mold and process design,and determination of reserved deformation amount.
